The Turkish government has denied reports claiming that Turkish Technic carried out maintenance on the Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner that crashed after take-off from Ahmedabad. The clarification follows online speculation about possible technical lapses.

In a statement shared on social media platform X, Air India said that nine of its Boeing 787 aircraft have already undergone the required safety checks.

After the tragic crash of a London-bound Air India flight in Ahmedabad on Thursday afternoon, the entire Boeing 787-8/9 Dreamliner fleet of Air India will undergo enhanced safety inspection.As per the latest directions from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA),

Following the Air India crash in Ahmedabad that damaged BJ Medical College hostels, 159 students were relocated for investigation. 270 bodies were recovered, with DNA identification underway.
