Grammy-winning rocker Ozzy Osbourne has died at 76, weeks after reuniting with Black Sabbath for a final show in England.

"He really wanted to do it and he was determined to do it," the group's guitarist said following Osbourne's death

Tony Iommi, Black Sabbath guitarist and co-founder, told UK broadcaster ITV that Osbourne was “frustrated” during the band’s farewell concert on July 5. The heavy metal icon died less than three weeks later, on July 22, at age 76.
