CLEVELAND, Ohio — Kyle Schwarber belted a pair of home runs and Zack Wheeler stymied Cleveland hitters over seven scoreless innings as the Phillies handed the Guardians a 3-0 loss Sunday at Progressive Field.

Kyle Schwarber homered twice to tie Aaron Judge for the major league lead and extended his on-base streak to 46 games, and Zack Wheeler struck out eight over seven innings as the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Cleveland Guardians 3-0.

For three days last week in Tampa, Fla., the Phillies teed off like the pros at Philadelphia Cricket Club. Then, they got to Cleveland. Runs were significantly harder to come by over three games near the banks of the Cuyahoga River.
