CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) – Illinois men’s basketball saw its two-game win streak snapped on Saturday at the hands of Nebraska. The Illini fell behind as many as 14 in the first half as Pryce Sandfort caught fire for the Huskers.

Nebraska continued their historic start to the 2025-26 season, beating Illinois 83-80 and achieving a program-first 11-0 start.
