Pittsburgh Penguins, Tristan Jarry and Edmonton

The Oilers have finally addressed their multiple-season problem in goal by acquiring Penguins netminder Tristan Jarry. Edmonton dealt goalie Stuart Skinner, defenseman Brett Kulak and a 2029 second-round pick for Jarry and forward Sam Poulin.
Skinner, who can become an unrestricted free agent after this season, is expected to join a tandem with Arturs Silovs, who is 4-4-5 with a 2.98 GAA and .897 save percentage after being acquired in a trade from the Vancouver Canucks on July 13.
In an attempt to solve their goaltending woes, the Edmonton Oilers acquired Tristan Jarry from the Pittsburgh Penguins Friday while sending the much-maligned Stuart Skinner the other way. Edmonton needed to make a move in goal, but is Jarry really the answer?
The Devils have Predators center Ryan O'Reilly among their trade targets, while the Oilers are said to be interested in Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry.
