The second day of SEC Tournament action provided plenty of drama as one of the toughest leagues in college basketball history whittled its postseason field to just eight teams. No. 8 seed Ole Miss began the day with an 83-80 win over No. 9 seed Arkansas when Sean Pedulla hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left.

The SEC men’s basketball tournament is comically loaded. This is going to be so good. The SEC was a laughing stock in men’s basketball not long ago. In 2025, it produced perhaps the greatest conference in the modern history of the sport.
