On Thursday, Peacock announced during the Television Academy’s Televerse Festival that the popular reality TV series is now casting for an all-civilian-led season, hosted by the current U.S. host, Alan Cumming.

All3Media, the company behind 'The Traitors,' posted revenues of $1.19 billion for 2024, down from $1.33 billion the previous year.
Stephen Lambert, the CEO of Studio Lambert (who produces the Peacock and NBC versions) noted, "We're thrilled to be working with NBC to open up the experience to a new group of civilian players, whose stories and strategies will make the gameplay even more unpredictable – and, we hope, even more addictive for viewers."
The Traitors has become a standout competition show over its three seasons so far, with viewers tuning in with a Peacock subscription for all the lies, betrayals, twists, and turns. Season 4 will arrive on the streamer after the 2025 TV schedule has ended with a celebrity cast list including Donna Kelce,
