The protests outside a hotel housing migrants were organized in response to the alleged sexual assault of a young girl.

A Romanian teenager who allegedly took part in an “indiscriminate and opportunistic” sexual assault on a schoolgirl in Ballymena must remain in custody, a High Court judge ruled today.

The Education Authority is trying to trace the pupils as it is not clear what school they now go to.
