The Greenville, South Carolina, developer known for the pink church stunt has now been arrested on DUI charges in Charleston’s beach town, Folly Beach.

A Daytona Beach police officer was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing his truck into a light pole, according to deputies.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute Wednesday night at the Heritage Village Apartments. An officer suffered minor injuries in the pursuit.
