The former Colorado elections administrator was convicted of orchestrating a data breach scheme driven by false claims of fraud in the 2020 election.

The lawsuit follows an October subpoena demanding ballots and related election materials from Fulton County. The county clerk’s office has not responded to the subpoena, according to the complaint.

Trump lashed out at Democrats in his Truth Social post announcing his pardon of Peters, who is currently serving a 9-year prison sentence.

Colorado county clerk Tina Peters, convicted in a pro-Trump election denial scheme, has been attacked three times in prison, according to her lawyer.

Peters was sentenced to nine years in prison following her conviction on charges related to tampering with voting machines.
