The Italian Spinone was struggling in the hot temperatures on Mount Keen, with the mountain rescue brought in to help.
The exasperated pair had been scaling Mount Keen near Ballater in Aberdeenshire when mountain rescue teams received the alarm on Wednesday, June 24.
