CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio is bracing for a one-two punch of dangerous winter weather, with bitter Arctic cold arriving first before a massive winter storm expected to impact much of the United States brings several inches of snow to the region this weekend.
While we warm back up some Saturday afternoon, sub-zero wind chills will return for an extended period of time both Sunday morning and Monday morning.
