Uttara Kannada (Karnataka): Ten people were killed and 15 injured after a truck carrying them met with an accident at Arebile area in Karnataka's Uttara Kannada on Wednesday morning, said the police.

The incidents come amid continued heavy rainfall in coastal Karnataka, where all coastal districts have been under red and orange alerts issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
