Greg LeMond, one of the newest recipients of the Congressional Gold Medal, was raised near Reno, where he attended Wooster High School.

Legendary cyclist Greg Lemond on Wednesday became the first cyclist and 10th athlete to be awarded the Congressional Gold Medal during a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol.

Greg LeMond, who is one of the most decorated cyclists in American history as a three-time Tour de France winner, has been honored with the Congressional Gold Medal.
