Zoox voluntarily recalls 270 self-driving cars after a collision incident in Las Vegas and updates all vehicles with new software to prevent prediction errors.

All 270 of Zoox’s vehicles have been updated to fix an ‘inaccurately confident prediction’ that could cause a crash.

Zoox initially paused use of the robotaxis following an accident in Las Vegas involving a self-driving unit and a passenger vehicle.
