Azure RemoteApp wasn't designed or positioned like other desktop-as-a-service offerings (which typically stream apps). Instead, it was more of a remote-access service.

Desktop apps can be accessed on Windows RT machines using the Azure RemoteApp client because the application resides in a virtual machine on a remote datacenter.
