The Red Line is now operating with no slow zones from end to end, leaving the Green Line as the only subway line with slow zones in the entire MBTA system.
Green Line trolleys also temporarily bypassed the Park Street station during the incident as well. The MBTA said normal subway service was restored to the Red Line around 2 p.m.
