Learn how to add Microsoft Office programs on the Quick Access Toolbar. The Quick Access Toolbar is a collection of shortcuts that displays commands.
If you would like to enable Shared Workbook option, here's a way to add it to Excel Quick Access Toolbar. It is hidden under Excel Options.
Right-click the button that controls the feature in the ribbon to open a pop-up menu. Click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" to add the feature as a button to the toolbar.
To add a button, click the " Customize Quick Access Toolbar " down arrow, and either choose one of the options available in that menu, or click "More Commands" to see the other actions you can add.
Add as many commands that give you one-click access to your needed ink toolset. Below the list of commands, put a check next to “Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon”.
