Aaron Judge didn't seem his usual self in Friday's game against the Blue Jays in right field. His arm readiness came into question after he made a weak throw on a two-run single in the first inning of the game. He opted against making a deeper throw at home plate and instead threw to second so that the single doesn't get converted into a double.

But the Yankees still intend to use Judge in right on a fairly regular basis, even after Toronto manager John Schneider acknowledged the obvious following Friday’s game when he said the Blue Jays “wanted to test” Judge’s arm when they sent Daulton Varsho home from second base on Nathan Lukes’ two-out single to right.
