New Delhi: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has said that the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is compliant with safety standards. An Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner with 242 people on board crashed just seconds after take-off from Ahmedabad on way to London on June 12.
An Air India Boeing 787-8 flight headed for New Delhi returned to Hong Kong shortly after takeoff Monday because of a "technical issue," Indian media reported.
Three days after the crash, only 35 bodies had been handed over to relatives from an overall official death toll of 270.
