MONACO (AP) — Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Armand “Mondo” Duplantis have won the World Athlete of the Year titles for 2025.

Armand Duplantis and Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone are crowned world athletes of the year at the World Athletics Awards in Monaco.

Duplantis, along with retaining his gold medal at the world championships in Tokyo in September, continued his dominance of men's pole vault.
