More changes are coming to an already embattled Regional Transportation District (RTD) after one of its two acting co-police chiefs submitted his resignation less than six months after accepting the position.

On Wednesday, the Regional Transportation District announced that one of its two co-chiefs of police had submitted their resignation from the position.

Glynell Horn Jr. and Steven Martingano were named co-chiefs in October as RTD looked to fill the role permanently.
