A man was charged with manslaughter after a woman was shot through the front door of a home before dawn this month in suburban Indianapolis.

A 65-year-old Farmington Hills resident turned himself in after the Sunday night shooting at Prime 7 Bar & Restaurant.

A 49-year-old man has been identified as the victim killed in a southeast Dallas shooting Saturday night. Larry Garcia, 49, was fatally shot in the 6300 block of Alcorn Avenue around 11:40 p.m., Dallas police said.
