The project will enhance electric reliability and affordability for West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the MidAtlantic region.
The projects are expected to generate approximately $47 billion in total new investment for communities in the region.
The collaboration will help develop 700 MW of new clean energy resources without increasing costs to customers.
