For too long, WWE has relied on its best female performers to carry the division in the main event, often neglecting the rest of the roster. Triple H makes an effort to give his male talent at least some screen time or storylines to get involved in, but the same cannot be said for women who are not considered to be at the top of their division.

As announced by Triple H Tuesday afternoon, the Men's and Women's WWE ID Championships will be defended across the independent scene in the near future.
