Neutrogena’s parent company, Kenvue Brands, issued the voluntary recall after the makeup wipes tested positive for pluralibacter gergoviae, a bacteria that can cause infections, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The recall affects 1,312 cases of Neutrogena’s 50-count makeup remover ultra soft cleansing towelettes.
