Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald kicked off his weekly press conference with a big smile, a relevant joke or two, let us know his one-year-old son is now walking (is that normal?) and then got to it: “Are we ready?”

The Seattle Seahawks opened the 21-day practice window for Julian Love, Jarran Reed and Dareke Young, designating all three to return to practice ahead of their Week 14 road game against the Falcons.

As for the rotation at cornerback involving Woolen and Jobe, who, thanks to the Seahawks playing a significant amount of dime (six defensive backs) have both playing more than half of Seattle's defensive snaps, Macdonald loves what he is seeing from both.
