OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - A man was found guilty of sexually abusing a minor in Marion County. Court records show 26-year-old Terry Hartsock III was found guilty of Lewd and Lascivious Battery on Thursday.

The Alabama Department of Corrections says the execution of an inmate has been delayed for a mental health evaluation.

The state says that the assessment of David Lee Roberts' mental state will "likely" not be done by his original Aug. 21 execution date.
