The four-part docuseries on the jailed mogul produced by his rival is set for release on Tuesday, but questions are arising about the legality of some of the footage used.

On October 2025, Diddy was sentenced to 50 months (four years and two months) in federal prison for two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution. 50 lept on the sentencing when he wrote on Instagram, “Hey to whoever was booking Diddy for speaking engagements. I heard he won’t be able to make it, I’m available!”
The new four-part project was executive produced by the disgraced hip-hop mogul's rival, and it's been suggested that this was a form of revenge for Diddy's rejection of the streamer.
