Wilmington, Delaware, came in second place with 65.2 activities per square mile and 1,120 in total, followed by another New Jersey city, Newark, which came in third with 58 activities per square mile —15,000 in total. The top five is rounded out with Dover, Delaware, in fourth place and Frederick, Maryland, in fifth.
