Four people – including a 3-year-old child – have been confirmed dead and four others are still missing following severe flooding in Ohio County, West Virginia,

Three people are dead and several others were still missing Sunday in the northern panhandle area of West Virginia after heavy rains caused flash flooding and destroyed homes, roads and bridges, authorities said.

Governor Patrick Morrisey will hold a live press conference today at 3 p.m. at the Ohio County Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency in Wheeling, addressing the state’s response to recent flash flooding in the region.
