By Jack Kim and Joyce Lee SEOUL (Reuters) -Four people died and more than 1,000 have been evacuated in South Korea after the country was lashed by torrential rain on Thursday, the safety ministry said.
Heavy rains in South Korea have killed at least four people and forced over 1,300 to evacuate. Three people were found dead Thursday in a submerged car, a stream, and a flooded basement.
