Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed an executive order on Monday declaring the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American‑Islamic Relations (CAIR) to be “foreign terrorist organizations,” effective immediately.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has filed a lawsuit over an executive order issued last week that designates the group as a terrorist organization.
