Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins was a staple of the injury report all week before his team takes on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15. Higgins re-entered concussion protocol to start the week, but practiced on a limited basis in batches, giving a little hope that he would be able to go against the Ravens.
