Goa fire kills 25: Nightclub owners Luthra Brothers deported to India, to reach Delhi this afternoon
They will land in Delhi at 1.55 pm and will be taken to Patiala House Court where the Goa police will seek a transit remand.
The Luthra brothers were deported from Bangkok on charges for allegedly operating the club without proper safety permits.
