Mar 19, 2025 · In the last several seasons my personal preference in waterfowl ammunition has gravitated towards 12 gauge 2 3/4" 1oz steel #3s for ducks and 1 1/8oz steel B and BBs for geese over decoys, I'm not a pass shooter. At the opposite end, I know guys who won't shoot anything else and they kill a lot of birds with these loads throughout the season.
