Jun 13, 2023 · So, Workday was pointing to ADP for payroll, we're changing it to point to Dayforce for payroll. I'm the Workday consultant. I know nothing about Dayforce. The Dayforce consultants my client is using are asking for Excel spreadsheets to make initial loads into Dayforce (employee records, pay group definitions, etc.).

Feb 15, 2023 · u/trippapotamus you would find your Year End Forms on the desktop/browser version of Dayforce under Earnings--> Year End Forms-->Year Drop Down. Just so you know, payroll/HR admins must complete their process of creating and approving any year-end forms, which SHOULD be done by the end of January generally.

Mar 31, 2021 · My org uses Dayforce as our all-in-one HRIS. We like that we don't need an integration between an ATS and Dayforce. It pairs nicely with Indeed. Allows for a lot of customization on your job board as well as the offer letter process. We don't have it, but it also works with Docusign for offer letter signatures.

Mar 15, 2024 · Roughly a week ago, we started experiencing issues with Dayforce posting to Indeed. Positions are either not posting after pushing them out or they post to Indeed but with the wrong company link and logo. Oddly, if you click on the apply button, it does take you to our Dayforce job post.

Oct 26, 2021 · Dayforce is shit. They just duplicated hourly payroll dockets on your last cycle and some employees were paid double their hourly rate. I hate Dayforce. Also their time and attendance system is a travesty. We have 7000+ employees in NA and we’re moving to UKG….but not till 2023 🤦‍♂️

Dayforce is simple and not as sophisticated but that may be just what you need if you don't have a lot of employees. UKG is robust ,user friendly for the employees maybe not admins. Reporting and what you can do is beyond what you can ever do in Dayforce.
