Lance Guidry (born March 25, 1971) is an American football coach and former player. He is a former defensive coordinator at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Guidry served as the head football coach at McNeese State University from 2016 to 2018.

Guidry, who was named defensive coordinator at Miami in February 2023, spent the past two seasons as the defensive coordinator and safeties coach at Marshall University, where his defenses proved to be among the nation’s elite units.
