Today marks the official day for Nesting season 2021! At South Padre Island, we welcome the Kemp’s Ridley sea turtles back home to nest. This is the most critically endangered sea turtle species in the world! If you find yourself on South Padre Island beaches, keep a close watch for these nesting mommas.
