Elephants have the ability to speak to each other over great distance and at such a low frequency, that our human ears can not hear a thing! Have You Heard An Elephant Squeak?!! Ton Oi talks a lot however we’ve not quite managed to record her squeaking and chirping until she climbed up the bank near the restaurant to greet us! This is a happy, excited sound and we believe she was just saying hello! Our elephants vocalise most days.
