Hip Flexion MWM with Lateral Glide demonstration patient in supine position.... tested knee flexed and placed on couch ... Therapist at side with MT Belt Crossing from proximal femur to hips of PT, over joint line and apply force pulling femur, bringing it laterally, as shown in video... Direction of glide should be lateral and upper part of femur (Distal end ) should move slightly medially ether or stabled by hands. Lateral Glide is given with instruction to patient to do Hip Flexion actively.
