Stop yelling at your kids. Besides the negative impact yelling can have on kids, it just feels terrible. Nothing about it feels good. It’s not an easy behavior to change, but for my kids, I certainly will. I started a 5 day challenge a few days ago, and I am determined to make “not yelling” my new habit.
