Rosabrina Laterza on Instagram: "YES I COULD HAVE MASHED THE POTATERS MORE BUT HE LOVED IT OK sourdough potato bread ingredients: -1 cup mashed potatoes -2 cups milk -2 tsp salt -1/4 cup sugar -1/2 stick of softened butter -1 cup sourdough starter -5.5 cups of bread flour -mix ingredients all together & add to a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 8 hrs until doubled -divide dough and separate into 2 pans. cover and rise for 3 hrs until doubled bake at 350 for 45 min or until top is golden sour
