I’m not sure if this is me being a grump or me being really smart. As psychiatrists, we talk about wellness all day long and all the behavioral interventions our patients (and ourselves) need to do. It seems weird to travel to a beautiful spot and sit in wellness lectures all day. I’m just not for it. I would be a bigger advocate of planned break times and group activities in nature.
