Last week, USAR personnel, firefighters and City Park Rangers worked together to rescue a hiker who had fallen approximately 20ft along climbers loop in Mission Trails Regional Park. Given the location and terrain, crews manually carried the patient on a stretcher down the steep and winding rocky trail.
