It's a cold, breezy, rainy afternoon in Rocky Mount, North Carolina... but that will never stop me from watching trains. My friend Dave and I made a pit-stop here on our way down to Georgia on February 16, 2019. We explored the inside of the beautiful 19th-century passenger depot and caught Amtrak "Carolinian" No. 79 making its scheduled arrival and departure at the station.
