100% Housing Inspection Schedule Site Open Congress has mandated that 100% of Family housing on Army installations be inspected by an independent contractor retained by the Army. The contract lead, RER Solutions and Jones Lang Lasalle, has no connection with Centinel or North Haven Communities. RER / JLL has opened a web-based self-scheduling tool for Residents to schedule their home inspection at their greatest convenience. Inspections are in two-hour blocks but generally take 1-1 ½ hour.
