The Navy’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program is designed to meet the needs of victims. SAPR representatives give discreet help to these Sailors and provide them with resources to receive medical attention whether that be mental or physical health. Sailors with the blue SAPR lanyard and blue name tag are trained SAPR representatives who are able to assist at any time.
