When Mr. Wong first started giving cooking classes years ago, he really wanted to open up the Chinese kitchen to new customers. We were the first Chinese restaurant in 1977 and there was a lot of mystery surrounding our restaurant back then. When he learned that people were interested in Chinese cooking, he decided to offer cooking classes.
