Feeling like your skin is crawling. Weird head and ear pressure. Internal tremors you can feel but others can’t see. Sensation of electric shocks through your body. Feeling of bugs under skin. Patches of skin that feel numb then tingly. Constant dizziness, like the floor is always moving beneath your feet… These weren’t symptoms I was looking for or expecting. They just appeared and absolutely terrified me because I’d never heard of them I couldn’t find these described anywhere in basic anxiety
